These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebXpress website and services. By using our site, booking a demo, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
WebXpress provides AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to Voice AI, Conversation AI, Email AI, Reputation AI, Social Media AI, Conversion AI, and Smart Website builds, delivered individually or bundled into a subscription plan. Specific features and deliverables are described on our Services and Pricing pages and may be updated from time to time.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly (or annual, where selected) basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. One-time services, such as the Smart Website build, are billed as a single upfront payment.
To cancel, contact us using the details below. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid.
We aim to deploy most AI Workforce builds within 24 hours of your discovery call, as described on our site. Actual setup time may vary depending on the complexity of your integrations, the responsiveness of third-party tools, and information provided during onboarding. Same-day setup is a goal, not a guaranteed contractual deadline.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback during setup and training, and any necessary access credentials to third-party tools (such as your Google Workspace, calendar, or CRM) required to configure your AI Workforce. Delays in providing this information may delay deployment.
Affiliates approved into the WebXpress Affiliate Program earn 20% recurring commission on active, paying subscriptions referred through their unique tracking link, subject to a 60-day tracking cookie window. Commissions are paid monthly and stop if the referred client cancels or is refunded. WebXpress reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or remove any affiliate account at its discretion, including for fraudulent or misleading referral practices.
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications, to violate applicable telemarketing, SMS, or email marketing laws, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the underlying AI systems outside the scope of your subscription.
WebXpress retains ownership of its underlying technology, automation workflows, templates, and branding. Content created specifically for your business, such as your Smart Website or custom AI training data, is licensed for your use for as long as your subscription remains active, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses, while trained on your business information, may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing critical communications where appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated, if payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period, or for any other reason with notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
